After having carried the change, the desire to be at the side of those who carry it  

When Paule Boffa-Comby decided to create PEMA-Partenaire (Performance.Engagement.Mediation.Alliances) in 2005 in order to be at the side of the actors of change who are moving the lines in the company, she relied on her experience as an "intra-entrepreneur" within a large Big Five firm (for which she created and carried out for more than three years the first initiative to help women's career advancement, provoking a real cultural change internally by relying on the collective).

Her vision is clear: to offer a space for reflection and experience sharing to those who, on the "front line of change" every day, have no time to lose and need value-added support that allows them to build on their strengths and accelerate their learning curve. In short, to offer them the support they would have liked to find when the system reacted to the actions they launched and when doubts or exhaustion could weaken their action. 


Encounters and a passion for sharing  

Very quickly, "serendipity" followed one another and from meeting to meeting, from coaching to coaching, another approach to change - Viral Transformation® - took shape based on a recurring observation: "a small number of motivated individuals are enough to turn the system around". 

Fascinated by the human and the collective, Paule Boffa-Comby relentlessly shares through her books and publications this approach that moves the lines, placing trust and collective intelligence at the heart of collective success. Other experienced coaches come to train in the approach and enrich it in order to increase its impact tenfold. 

In 2014, the ReThink & LEAD meetings were born, inter-company exchange spaces where leaders can share freely and confidentially on transformation and the collective and feel supported in their approach. 

In 2019, PEMA-Partenaire and ReThink & LEAD merge into ReThink & Lead to mark an international turning point, supported by a dedicated team of coaching professionals, determined to accelerate the necessary transformations, extended by a second circle of coaches when necessary.
